Project Management
Project management is one of our core skills. The bulk of Bob Parkins' professional experience has been as a Project Manager (PM) and leader of a team of PMs responsible for infrastructure and facility design and construction. We can manage the project execution of a solar project on behalf of a client from the initial feasibility through selection of contractors, procurement, project installation, commissioning, and close out.
We have worked on projects throughout the United States and overseas (India, Africa, South America, Japan, and Australia).
